The Military Order of the Purple Heart is a congressionally chartered veterans service organization composed exclusively of combat wounded veterans. We are dedicated to:
Supporting veterans and their families in Northwest Washington
Providing support and resources to veterans and their families in times of need, including emergency financial assistance and guidance.
Fighting for veterans' rights and benefits through active participation in the legislative process at local, state, and federal levels.
Promoting patriotism through community events, educational programs, and memorial ceremonies honoring our fallen heroes.
Creating a supportive community where combat wounded veterans can connect, share experiences, and build lasting friendships.
Membership in the Military Order of the Purple Heart is open to all recipients of the Purple Heart medal, their descendants, and spouses.
